I have been hearing a lot of talk lately on same sex marriages (both homosexuals and lesbians), increased adultery and fornication. We are getting more and more laws passed making it a hate crime to speak against these situations. We are having more and more people, both Christians and non-Christians, speaking in favor of just letting people do what they want to do. We have chosen to believe we can do anything we want and there is no penalty for our actions.

Now, here is the problem! God says in Ezekiel 33:1-6, "Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:  If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take [any] person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand."

These verses saying that when God speaks against something and we do not speak out and warn the people, then their blood will be on our heads. However if we do speak out and warn them, and they refuse to listen, then their blood is on their own heads.

We are backed into a corner of choosing who we fear - man or God.

Scripture does not leave us much leeway. Galatians 6:1-4 says, "Brothers and sisters, if a person is discovered in some sin, you who are spiritual restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness..."

Leviticus 20:7-8 says, "You must sanctify yourselves and be holy, because I am the Lord your God. You must be sure to obey my statutes. I am the Lord who santifies you."

Leviticus 20:13 says, "If a man has sexual intercourse with a male as one has sexual intercourse with a woman, the two of them have committed an abomination. They must be put to death; their blood guilt is on themselves."

Understand the Old Testament spoke of physical lives, while the New Testament speaks of spiritual lives! So we are not talking about going out and killing people. We are talking about the actions people do that will result in their spiritual death, and therefore spending eternity in hell rather than Heaven! We are talking about our willingness to do as Ezekiel 22:30 speaks, to speak out to people, to stand between them and hell, and to contend with a living God until He changes situations.

Romans 1:26-32 states, "For this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged the natural sexual relations for unnatural ones, and likewise the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed in their passions for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.  And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what should not be done. They are filled with every kind of unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, malice. They are rife with envy, murder, strife, deceit, hostility. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, contrivers of all sorts of evil, disobedient to parents, senseless, covenant-breakers, heartless, ruthless. Although they fully know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but also approve of those who practice them."
 
Why am I sharing all this scripture?

The Lord says, "I am against these abominable practices. I am against them and I do not condone them. I have called you to live as My sons. I gave my Son as a ransom so you would not have to die. Yet you persist in doing that that is abominable to Me. You persist in living your lives contrary to My commandments. Is it such a hard thing to humble yourselves before your God? Is it such a hard thing to lay aside your wickedness and allow Me to heal you?

I will have a holy people and a holy land. I will complete what I began in this land. Will you be a part of it with Me, or will you choose to die? I am dividing the land. You will be a sheep or a goat. Which do you choose?"

Heaven and hell are both very real, and we will live in one or the other. If we continue in homosexuality, lesbianism, adultery, fornication - if we continue living in sin, then we will spend eternity in hell.

I am not here to judge anyone. Our actions and decisions will judge us based on the Word of God!

Repent (change direction) while you still have time. I don't care if you have lived in sin all your life. I don't care if you have condoned sinful behavior all your life. I don't care if you feel that you are okay and there is nothing wrong with what you are doing.

If your behavior and inward actions are contrary to God's Word, the Bible, then you must change. We all will stand before God's Judgment seat, and our reasons, excuses and justifications will not hold water!
